The first time I saw a TEAM drop their swords and start working with each other, I knew I had hit on a simple system that worked. It worked because it got people on the TEAM looking to help each other rather than harm.
In my 25 years working with organizations in industries that vary from tourism to oil & gas and aerospace to clean tech, I have seen organisations struggle when their leaders are focused on politics not purpose. I have experienced short lived improvements because many approaches try to apply objective techniques to solve subjective problems. One size fits all performance improvement misses the very real fact that we all start from a different place and bring different strengths to the table. The drive for conformity robs organizations from being able to realize the incredible benefits of diversity. Potential remains locked and teams struggle to become what they are truly capable of.
I help leaders and teams overcome these challenges and accomplish more than they thought was possible. I have been doing this for 25 years; delivering real and significant bottom line results.
